This is the complete list of Olympic medalists in biathlon from 1960 to 2006. The list of military patrol medal winners from 1924 is also included, as that event is now considered to be the inaugural biathlon event.

This event, a precursor to the biathlon, appeared as demonstration event in 1924, but results were subsequently adjusted to official medal status. The event was also demonstrated in 1928, 1936, and 1948, but those results are still considered unofficial.
