  • Murray Street, Hobart (5 floors) temporarily features womenswear, childrenswear, menswear, cosmetics, general merchandise and footwear
  • Macquarie Street, Hobart (1 floor) temporary store selling appliances, electrical, home entertainment, home office, cookware and manchester
  • Hobart - Liverpool Street (5 floors) opening in 2010 at the latest and will be joined on to the Murray Street store to create a full line 12,250 m² store
  • Launceston (5 floors) full line 8,923 m² store

Myer has had stores in various locations over the years that have since closed for many reasons. Some of these include:

  • Bairnsdale, closed July 2004
  • Colac, closed 1980s
  • Greensborough, Opened 1996 and closed in 1998, became a multi-level Target store. Was 13,000 m²
  • Sunshine, closed December 2003

Western Australia

  • Peppermint Grove, closed in 1997, rebranded Harris Scarfe
  • Geraldton, Closed 1992
  • Innaloo, closed 1991

Queensland

  • Coorparoo, Became Megamart in 1998. Sold to Harvey Norman 2006
  • Fortitude Valley, Closed in 1988 when the new Queen Street Store was opened
  • Strathpine, closed March 2007. Target opening September 2007. Was 9,099 m²

Tasmania

Australian Capital Territory

  • Kingston, closed 1987, following the opening of Tuggeranong store
