Line of succession to the throne of Württemberg

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The monarchy of Württemberg came to an end in 1918 along with the rest of the monarchies that made up the German Empire. The last King of Württemberg was William II. With the death of William II the succession bypassed the former Duke of Teck and the Duke of Urach who were both descended from morganatic marriages with the headship of the royal house being inherited by Duke Albrecht of Württemberg. The current head of the royal house is Carl, Duke of Württemberg.
