Lincoln Township is located in Ogle County, Illinois. The population was 502 at the 2000 census. Lincoln Township originally formed as Haldane Township from portions of Buffalo and Mt. Morris Townships in September, 1869. Haldane was later named to Lincoln in December, 1873.
