I notice that many of the listings are nothing but a place name. This may be correctly the name of the light, but it means that there is no place to describe the light other than within "the place". I'd propose that just as in Lighthouses in the United States, all entries should contain the word Light, Lighthouse or Range Light (which yes, meets point (1), but is a special case of (1).
