The Lethal Legion is a team of characters that appear in the fictional Marvel Universe. The first version of the team appeared in The Avengers #78 (vol. 1, Jul. 1970), with the lineup continually changing over the years.

The original Lethal Legion, were led by the Grim Reaper and appeared in The Avengers #78 (vol. 1, Jul. 1970). A second version was formed by Count Nefaria, but in this instance it was a manipulative ploy to steal and magnify their powers for use against the Avengers. The storyline ran from Avengers #164 - 166 (vol. 1, Oct. - Dec. 1977).
The third version was again led by the Grim Reaper, and appeared in West Coast Avengers #1 - 2 (vol. 2, Oct. - Nov. 1985). A fourth version of the Lethal Legion is created by the demon Satannish and appears in Avengers West Coast #98 - 100 (vol. 1, Sep. - Nov. 1993).
