Leomar "Leo" Najorda (born February 16, 1982 in Ilocos Norte) is a professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association who currently plays for the Red Bull Barako. He was drafted 9th overall by the Red Bull Barako in 2005 PBA Draft.

Najorda is a decent wingman defender and he is able to hit perimeter jumpers. His averages in the 2007 Season were 4.4 points per game, and 2.2 rebounds per game.
