Hypertrophic cardiomyopathies can lead to heart failure, regardless if the patient is taken to a cardiologist (or pediatrician). I removed that part of the sentence. Good catch. MoodyGroove (talk) 18:57, 8 June 2008 (UTC)MoodyGroove
