Lee S. Simonson

Lee S. Simonson was the General Manager of Rock/Pop radio station 98.7 WXLO in New York in 1980. He oversaw the station's transformation to WRKS-FM (98.7 Kiss FM) in August of 1981 as an urban contemporary (hip hop) station. Simonson founded Broadcaster' Partners with Barry Mayo in 1988. He is an adjunct Marketing professor at the New York Institute of Technology. He is also the husband of Nancy L. Simonson and the father of Laura (1980) and Michael (1984).
