Lawrence of St Martin (or Laurence de Sancto Martino) was a medieval Bishop of Rochester.

He was a royal clerk and held prebends in the dioceses of Chichester and Salisbury. He was also archdeacon of the diocese of Coventry.[1]
He was elected on October 19, 1250 and consecrated on April 9, 1251.[2] He was enthroned at Rochester Cathedral after October 24, 1251.[1]
