Law enforcement in Vietnam

The police force in Vietnam is called the People's Police. It answers to the Ministry of Public Security.

The Vietnam Maritime Police maintains marine border control in addition to naval control of the waters around Vietnam. The Vietnam Maritime Police also include the search and rescue services.
