Laurens ten Dam (born 13 November 1980) is an Dutch road racing cyclist with UCI ProTeam Rabobank.
A native of the village of Zuidwolde in Drenthe Laurens ten Dam has been racing since 2002 and, by the end of 2005, has risen to world-class ranking among professional racing cyclists.
