Grischa Niermann (born November 3, 1975 in Hannover) is a German professional road bicycle racer for UCI ProTeam Rabobank. He started his professional career in 1997 with the Die Continentale team, where he won the Hessen-Rundfahrt in 1998 and the Regio Tour in 1999. He moved on to Rabobank in 2000. His only victory with the Dutch squad was the Niedersachsen Rundfahrt in 2001.
