Proper template created--first secretaries of the SSR did not belong in a template listing Latvian presidents. Also, the list was missing the last First Secretary (Rubiks). Alas, once again, alleged über-nationalists correcting accounts of Soviet history (as opposed to the other "correcting" which involves disputing propaganda). —PētersV (talk) 17:54, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
