This is a list of Fortune Global 500 companies headquartered in the BosWash corridor. As of 2007 the region was home to 54 Fortune Global 500 companies.^[1] The region has a particularly high concentration of financial services companies. More than half of the people in the US who work in finance and insurance work somewhere in the BosWash corridor.^[2]
