Laipi is the antagonist of the TV series, The Adventures of Little Carp.

Laipi is an anthropomorphic snake. He is depicted with his skin being a greenish colour and calls himself the Dragon King. When Bubbles first met him,he was mistaken for the Dragon King. Aoqi of Aku told Bubbles to call him 'Dragon King' and not 'Uncle Dragon'. Laipi however, said that Bubbles could call him by any name. Laipi usually wears a fake blue skin and the Dragon Horns to look like the Dragon. Whenever he does any magic,his back starts to itch. Sometimes, when Laipi is alone in his room, the Dragon Horns and the fake skin slip off to reveal his true form and Laipi looks into the Dragon Horns to see what Bubbles and his friends are up to. He appears to be sly and cunning. He blackmailed a porcupine fish named Lily by making her look beautiful.Near the end of the series, he nearly got all the Dragon Strengths. However, Bubbles, Mr.Cool, Miss Beauty, and Aoqi of Aku destroyed him in the final episode. Laipi however, left his venom behind so it is possible that he might return for revenge.
