Icarus is a wikipedian from New Jersey, USA. He firmly denies being a rouge admin and, seeing as he's not an admin at all, he's probably telling the truth. He also denies being a member of any cabal. Those who suspect otherwise, however, may take the fact that he's never been accused of being a member of a cabal as further proof of the extent of the cover-up.
