Kyler Brandon Burke (Born April 20, 1988, in Chattanooga, Tennessee) is an American Minor League baseball player, who is currently in the Chicago Cubs organization. He formerly played for the San Diego Padres organization, who selected him as the thirty-fifth overall pick in the 2006 Major League Baseball Draft. The Padres traded Burke, along with Rob Bowen, to the Chicago Cubs in exchange for Michael Barrett and a cash settlement. He is currently playing for the Boise Hawks, a Class A Minor League Baseball team from the Northwest League.

Prior to playing with the Hawks, Burke played with the Arizona Padres (Arizona League) and Fort Wayne Wizards (Midwest League). He attended Ooltewah High School in Ooltewah, Tennessee. In the offseason, Burke has worked out at D1 Sports Training in Chattanooga, TN.
