I corrected the name of Gilles according to the Encyc. Britt. of 1911. However, I don't know if those old maps call the island 'Giles island' or 'Gilles island'. Soczyczi 14:57, 13 September 2007 (UTC)

Conway, in his No Man's Land (1906), spells it Giles. With that said, I will be reverting it to "Giles," the correct spelling. Some encycopedia is not a reliable source. Jonas Poole (talk) 02:21, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
