KRNV is the NBC network affiliate in Reno, Nevada, serving the Reno market and much of the rest of northern Nevada.

The station was founded in 1962 as KCRL-TV, the second television station in northern Nevada. It became KRNV on January 22, 1990. It has always been an NBC affiliate, though it shared ABC with KOLO-TV until 1967. NBC 4 WeatherPlus can be seen on KRNV's digital station.

On December 19, 2006, KRNV began broadcasting its local news programming in high definition.

KRNV also operates satellite stations KENV Channel 10 (digital 8) in Elko and KWNV Channel 7 (digital 12) in Winnemucca, giving the station true regional coverage. KENV produces local news inserts during KRNV's newscasts and serves as the NBC affiliate for part of the Nevada side of the Salt Lake City market. Beginning May 5, 2008, KENV will produce a half-hour news program weekday mornings at 6:30. KRNV's digital channel spectrum also includes the Mexican-American orientated music video channel, LATV.
