Kristian Flittie Onstad (born May 9, 1984) is a Norwegian professional footballer defender who currently plays for Esbjerg fB, in Denmark. Before that he played in FC Lyn Oslo.

He comes from a little place in Skedsmo, Lahaugmoen. He went to NTG (Norges Toppidrettsgymnas) high school.
