Krinau is a municipality in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
With a population of 288 (as of December 2002), it is the smallest municipality in the canton. The area is 7.24 km². It is a scenic farming village in Toggenburg.
