This person is probably not notable enough to warrant an article. His name should be (and already is) on the list of supreme court clerks, but I dont think it should be an article of its own. The only thing this article states is that he is a supreme court clerk (that's why his name should be on the list), and that he assists John Roberts (that what a law clerk by definition does).
