Kosta Stojilkovic is a law clerk to Chief Justice of the United States, John Roberts. He was finishing up a clerkship for Judge Roberts on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit when Judge Roberts was nominated to be a Justice, and subsequently Chief Justice, on the Supreme Court of the United States. Stojilkovic assisted Roberts in preparing for his confirmation hearings. Roberts subsequently hired him as a clerk when he was made Chief Justice.
