This is an album cover, and, as such, is permissible for use in an article that discusses the album. Badagnani 17:48, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Although this album cover is a copyrighted work, its use here in our educational forum does is permissible according to Wikipedia policy and does not negatively affect this now-defunct musical group, nor sales of said album; in fact, it serves to disseminate information on a worldwide basis about the group and album. As such, it does not compete with the copyright holder's usage and is permissible for use in this manner.

The image serves as a visual illustration of the CD as well as identifying the now-defunct group itself, via its only major commercial recording--effectively serving as a visual marker of this group's identity to the world. In this regard, the illustration adds significantly to the reader's understanding of the group and the visual imagery with which it presented itself to the world. Without the illustration, thus, this article and our readers would be impoverished.

1. The contributing editor uploaded this content in a good-faith effort to comply with policy and further the goals of the English-language Wikipedia, recognizing that a non-free image can only be used in an article under strict circumstances. Once these basic requirements are met, the burden of proof is on those who dispute the validity of the content. If the use is a valid fair use and the rationale is a valid rationale, disputing the image is destructive and uncivil.
