This user's request to have the autoblock on his/her IP address lifted has been DECLINED.

troll/obvious sockpuppet

  • Decline reason:

You have not been autoblocked. However, you have been blocked directly as stated in your block log. Since you have not provided a reason for being unblocked, your request has been declined. You may provide a reason for being unblocked by adding {{unblock|your_reason_here}} to your talk page. -- Luna Santin 13:11, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "I'd been blocked due to a misunderstanding almost two years ago b4 I got the chance to actually begin contributing to articles. Disheartened by this blatant injustice, I walked away but now I'm thinking again about a new start on wiki. I am absolutely sure this will be the beginning of a wonderful collaboration"

Decline reason: "The block was neither a misunderstanding nor a blatant injustice. While we'd welcome your positive contributions, it would be helpful if we could be sure that you wouldn't return to the same kinds of edits you were making before. — FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 12:22, 5 May 2008 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

{{unblock|I feel my unblock request has been improperly and superficially reviewed. I'd created an account in September 2006. As I was mostly (I sometimes edited unlogged) viewing information, I didn't become active until October when one of my friends told me about a dispute on wikipedia over some video gaming stuff. Somewhat amused, I tried to familiarize myself (not enough i'm afraid) with the guidelines of what I perceived to be also a big discussion forum and intervened with an ironic comment on one of the involved parties' talk page. Having my comment deleted, I became irritated and trying to use the little I knew from the guidelines, I posted an angry rebuke. I may have acted impulsively but I did not try to vandalize. In the meantime, my interest for editing expanded to other wiki domains, such as community articles. I already had reviewed some gaming articles and prepared edited versions on notepad of enhancements to the article. Unfortunately, I soon found out I'd been blocked for being a troll (a statement I strongly dispute) and couldn't edit either logged or unlogged. At this point, I became disgusted and walked away from the wiki. Almost two years have passed and now I think I can make a fresh start but yet again I'm greeted with a hostility I cannot understand. Not only am I blamed for mistakes made two years ago when I started editing but also it is implied i would not be a good contributor (after all, isn't prejudging people the easiest thing to do?). Common sense may elude you but this is hardly a constructive attitude}}

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

I think your above post displays enough understanding of what caused your problems before; you've been blocked long enough and your prior history was rather minimal for an indefinite block. Go, and sin no more. Daniel Case (talk) 14:23, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

10x. I was totally convinced my request would be declined again.--Ko Jumong (talk) 12:56, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
