What an unfortunate name.Artiste-extraordinaire 14:50, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

Seriously, this just doesn't fly nowadays for a town name. Too funny.70.189.135.98 (talk) 13:19, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

I'm from western North Carolina where we have some pretty funny placenames: Lick log, Cowfuc road, Pinchgut, Charlie's Knob etc...After hearing those unfortunate names I thought it couldn't get any funnier..I was wrong. Knob Lick wins!---outintheRED (not signed in) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.119.226.143 (talk) 13:37, 20 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] I've been there.

Myself and two equally likewise Canadian wiseguys took a detour on a roadtrip for this rare photo-op. It took us ages to get a simple snap of us by the "Knob Lick" sign as an unending string of yahoos riding in the beds of pickups kept rambling past, glaring at us with more than a modicum of suspicion.

Good fun.
