Kneitlingen is a municipality and village in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is part of the Samtgemeinde Schöppenstedt.
The Municipality of Kneitlingen has a population of 890 (as of 2005). It consists of the following four villages:
- Ampleben
- Bansleben
- Eilum
- Kneitlingen
The village of Kneitlingen is known as the birthplace of Till Eulenspiegel. It was first mentioned in 1135.
