Key Party is a film currently in production[1] based upon characters from Saturday Night Live written by and possibly starring Seth Meyers. [2] The film will be produced by Lorne Michaels and his Broadway Video, and John Goldwyn and his John Goldwyn Productions.[3] This will be the first SNL-based film since Tim Meadows' The Ladies Man in 2000.
[edit] Plot
Meyers pitched and sold the film to Paramount Pictures as "a couple looking to spice up their love life by going to a key party, which in turn threatens to destroy their marriage."[2] Seth Meyers and Amy Poehler are starring in it, but Meyers has stated that this movie is not about The Needlers, but rather loosely based on a sketch on Saturday Night Live with host Colin Farell about a key party.
