[edit] Facebook link on Codsall High
90.194.129.174 23:12, 7 July 2007 (UTC) why did you edit the codsall high page and remove the mr chubb link?
- Thanks for your attempt to extend the article, however, it's important to note what wikipedia is and is not. Facebook is unlikely to offer an authoritative coverage of a subject and thus is generally unsuitable to link to (which is why such links can be seen as advertising or spamming). Contributions to the encyclopedia should (as I mentioned on the talk page) also be notable. Your addition, even without the external link, would probably not pass this test since it is unlikely to be relevant or of interest to outsiders. You should be careful when editing articles on topics that directly concern you. (If, however, you can argue that it is worthy of inclusion, feel free to discuss it with other editors.) [edit] "Officilly"
See talk:Imperial College London, was but a passing thought that I changed it in the first place though, I was really there to tidy up the date linking. David Underdown 10:36, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] "Body Sensor Networks"
Hi friend, I made some changes to your article being written on BSN. I look forward to get your assistance in updating current information about BSN. Actually I request you to redirect your article to a detailed article on BSN. Just type Body Sensor Networks or BSN and you will get the detailed article. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Sanajcs (talk • contribs).
- Hey. I'm afraid I haven't yet had a chance to look at the article – I'll put it on my to-do list! So the Body Sensor Networks article shouldn't really have been started and should have redirected to Body sensor network. I think I specifically chose this because it's more consistent with other titles like Wireless sensor network. If you've no objections, I might do this in the next day or two.
