Kevin Ray Williams (born January 25, 1971 in Dallas, Texas) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League who played for the Dallas Cowboys, the Arizona Cardinals, the Buffalo Bills, and the San Francisco 49ers. He played college football at the University of Miami. Kevin attended Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in Dallas' Oak Cliff area.
