Talk:Kent-Meridian High School
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Including information about a public school's lawsuits may not be appropriate at all, certainly not to be listed at the top of the school's wiki page. People don't come to wiki to learn about a school's history of lawsuits, this being America there are no doubt multiple lawsuits associated with every school.
On the subject of notable alumni, someone has added a sentence that un-named students of this school were sent out of the area during World War 2. As there are no names, this is innapropriate in my opinion, and even if there were names, this is not a notable distinction to be associated with a public school anyway. --Gvranch 17:04, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Japanese Japanese-American Students Edit
The reasons for deltion of this are 1, that these would not be notable alumni, but rather the event of Japanese students being put in Camp Harmony. Reason 2, that this is not specific to Kent-meridian. The source does not state that only Kent-Meridian had students sent to Camp Harmony, so if it is not a distinct event to Kent-meridian high school.
