Keith Linnecor is a Labour Party Councillor representing the Oscott Ward at Birmingham City Council in England.
He was elected in 1996 and is due to stood for re-election in 2007 where he successfully defended the seat against the general trend of results. Cllr Linnecor is noted for his successful approach to local campaigning at a street level.
