{{pp-semi-vandalism}} doesn't protect a page; it's just a notification that a page has been protected. Putting it on an unprotected page makes no sense. Only administrators can protect a page. If you want to have a page protected, see WP:RFPP, but I don't think Papatoetoe High School qualifies, as it is relatively rarely vandalised. We normally protect only if an article is being vandalised many times a day by many different users or anonymous editors.-gadfium 06:05, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
