why you delete the links to Polish Kazaa Lite site ?
why can't we have a link to the official home of klite k++ and klt k++ plus all other adware/adfree version?
I agree its klite page it should have links to versions that have never had ads, which are k-lite2.7.2, klt k++ 2.7.0 and klite 2.4.x, this site http://www.klitetools.com/MM/other.htm has always been clean and its the one we have had here. This site is also the Official home of klite 2.4.4/2.4.x and the Official home of KLT K++ 2.7.0.
Although I agree that the links to kazaa-lite would be helpful and would make the page better, I think it is in the best interests of wikipedia to not post the links. If google was required by the dmca to remove any links to sites containing this program by the dmca then wikipedia is subject to the same type of attack. Since the goal of wikipedia is to be free and redistributable all over the world this would be a problem as versions containing this article with the links would not be distributable in the US. In my opinion the dmca is a poorly written peice of legislation but we are stuck with it and need to put the overall care and safekeeping of wikipedia as a whole before the interests of this one article.
P.S. Upon further inspection of the page I notice that the links have already been created, I am not going to take them down now as they would be left in the history of the page but I think other people, possibly admins, should look into this. --AndrewBuck 18:46, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
Guys, if you remove links, please provide a valid reason (here), and at least mention it in the edit summary (don't write something irrelevant). I'm talking about the FileSharingZ.com link of course ;-) Mavol (talk)
