Kazaly

Kazaly (Kazakh: Қазалы; Russian: Казалинск or Kazalinsk) is a town in the Kyzylorda Province in Kazakhstan, located on the right bank of the Syr Darya River. It serves as the administrative center of Kazaly District. Population: 9,000 (1970).

Kazalinsk was founded in 1853 as a fort and granted town status in 1867.
