Neither of the two links currently present (Natural movement that renews life at its root; Katsugen undo by Itsuo Tsuda), show the complete list of steps. In fact the Natural Movement article leaves out the last and most important step, where the spontaneous, improvised movement occurs. I'm going to add a link to much better article listing all the steps. I think these original two links should be removed, esp. the Natural Movement one, because it is misleading.
