Since this is not an actual cathedral school anymore and hasn't been so for more than a century, I would suggest treating "Katedralskolan" as a proper noun and move the article to Katedralskolan, Lund. The origin of the name should still be explained in the lead. It should be noted that, as all public secondary schools in Sweden, it was long known as "Högre allmänna läroverket in X", which is the name one will find in a large number of biographies of former pupils. Note that the brief English presentation of the school doesn't translate the name, but calls it "Katedralskolan in Lund". u p p l a n d 12:53, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

The reason it it is named Lund Cathedral School is simply because that is what it was called in "Lund". So I have no objections to renaming it. Henrik 18:59, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
Now renamed. Henrik 08:32, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
