Kang Kwang-Bae

Kang Kwan-Bae (born April 9 or July 29, 1973) is a South Korean bobsledder and skeleton racer who has competed since 1995. Competing in two Winter Olympics, he earned his best finish of 20th in the men's skeleton event at Salt Lake City in 2002.
Kang's best finish at the FIBT World Championships was 26th at Königssee in 2004.
He also competed in bobsleigh, earning his best finish of 37th in a two-man event at Igls in 2004.
