Julian C. Barlow was a fictional character on the television program, 227, and he was portrayed by Paul Winfield. Julian appears as the new Landlord of the apartment building numbered 227, and so on, his neighbor, Mary Jenkins, hated him and find him rather annoying (preceded by Sandra and Eva), he was also known for having a rich fancy accent, and wore rich clothes, but in one particular episode, we see Julian's happy side in the episode Guess Who's Not to Christmas? (originally aired on December 16, 1989), where Julian did not want to go to his neighbor, Mary Jenkins's Christmas party, but when Mary and the tenants discover that Julian had bring Children from the Hospital to spend Christmas with him.
