Eva Rawley was another supporting character, on the television program, 227, and she was portrayed by Toukie A. Smith in the final season of the series. Eva becomes the Manager of an Apartment building numbered 227 in 1989, after the original manager, Rose Lee Holloway had sold the building, but Eva had saved the day by finding old documents, and was somewhere annoying, she is the daughter of Lester Jenkins's best friend (whose name is not mentioned, or rather seen), and was known by having a nasally high-pitched voice, but still everyone seems to look up to her.
