Joy Waters Fowler

Joy Waters Fowler is an American singer and recording artist. She is currently recording under the Red Arches Records label, an independent record label in Atlanta, Georgia. She has recorded many independent projects, including commercials for Cartoon Network and her own independent releases: "My Saviour First of All" (2007), and "Joy" (2007), a Christmas album that received radio airplay in sixteen US states.
