Joseph-Aurèle Plourde

Joseph-Aurèle Plourde (born 12 January 1915) is the Canadian Archbishop Emeritus of Ottawa.

Born in Saint-François-de-Madawaska, New Brunswick, he was ordained a priest in 1944. In 1967, he was made Archbishop of Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Ottawa and retired in 1989.

In 1989, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada.
