John McEwan(February 18, 1893 - August 9, 1970) was a football head coach at Army, and Oregon. From 1923 to 1925, he led Army to an 18-5-3 record. All 3 of his seasons there were winning seasons. From 1926 to 1929, he took over as the head football coach at Oregon. His record there stands at 20-13-2, with his 1928 campaign having a 9-2 season.
