Joe Coto

Assemblymember Joe Coto (born 1939) is as of 2007 serving his second term in the California State Assembly. Prior to serving in the Assembly, he served as a school district superintendent and he also served on the Oakland City Council. Coto has been mentioned as a possible replacement for Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez.[1]
