Joakim R. Austnes (born 20 February 1983) is a Norwegian professional football forward who currently plays for Norwegian team Viking F.K., after a reported NOK 6 mill. transfer from Aalesunds F.K. in 2007.

He made his official debut for Viking F.K. as a 70th minute substitute for Alexander Ødegaard in the 2008 season opener against Strømsgodset IF.
