Reworded the comments about his book (first section) - seemed to contain too much personal opinion. 141.35.111.109 14:55, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
Deleted this badly worded "Let's add a rebutal to this theory of light as not a constant. First a contradiction, if light at the moment of the Big Bang was faster than it is now, would not the light we see now be in fact the light from the moment of the big bang. Would we ever see the light after the Big Bang? That contradicts the observation made by Nobel Prize winner George Smoot, he in facts has seen the light fromm 300,000 years after the Big Bang." which was stuck in the biography section. -User:Praguestepcihld, 22 January 2006
[edit] WikiProject class rating
This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as stub, and the rating on other projects was brought up to Stub class. BetacommandBot 04:56, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Inflation is main stream
Twice now the phrase more mainstream (before "theory of cosmic inflation") has been deleted without explanation or edit summary. As far as I know this is considered the mainstream theory and the cosmic inflation article says that it is now considered part of the standard hot big bang model. The person making this change should explain why it is necessary. Belief that the mainstream theory is wrong is not good reason to change the encyclopedia. That happens when mainstream scientific opinion changes. SpinningSpark 12:38, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
