Jeff Frazee (born May 13, 1987, in Edina, Minnesota, U.S.) is an American ice hockey goaltender. He was drafted in the second round, 38th overall, by the New Jersey Devils in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.

Frazee currently plays for the University of Minnesota. In his freshman and sophomore seasons, he has played in 32 games, compiling a 20-6-3 record.
