[edit] Writing career
Rhea began his unofficial writing career during his sophomore year in high school when he began working on what was known as Brandon Rhea's Alternative Star Wars Saga. Otherwise known simply as the "Alternative Saga", it became an epic of science fiction novels spanning over 100,000 years that served as a re-imagining of George Lucas' Star Wars Saga. The story was created by Rhea, though input from others was always welcome. Some of the plot elements and characters are also loosely based off of events and characters in the original drafts of the original Star Wars film, such as the Jedi Bendu, the Lettow and Kane Starkiller. The stories employ archetypal motifs both common and uncommon to science fiction and classical mythology. They also go much more in depth with the religious aspects of the Force, known in the Alternative Saga as the "Force of Others".
Rhea is currently working on two novels in his saga. The first, which he has been working on for two years, is called Shadows of the Jedi: The Legend of Ussej Padric Bac, a story about a Jedi Knight named Ussej Padric Bac set thirty years after Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. The novel, in its currently uncompleted form, is available for reading at TheStarWarsRP.Com,[3] TheForce.Net[4] and the Star Wars Fanon Wiki.[5]
The second novel is called Star Wars Episode I: The Chosen One, which officially begins the re-imagining of Lucas' films starting with the beginning of the Clone War and the discovery of Annikin Skywalker. For The Chosen One, Rhea brought in fellow author Victor Dorantes as an editor and a story consultant. Like his other novel, The Chosen One is available for reading in its beginning stages at TheStarWarsRP.Com[6], the Star Wars Fanon Wiki[7] and TheForce.Net.[8] While working to finish The Chosen One, Rhea has also begun the preliminary planning for the sequel, which is simply titled Star Wars: Episode II until the full title is released.
Rhea is also the Head Administrator on TheStarWarsRP.Com[9] and an Administrator on Star Wars Fanon.[10]
