This user's request to have the autoblock on his/her IP address lifted has been DECLINED.
Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "Maxmousemm13". The reason given for Maxmousemm13's block is: "Vandalism-only account: creating nonsense pages and vandalizing".
There's no way for us to know if it was you or your brother's friend. As such, we cannot unblock you at this time. - auburnpilot talk 04:18, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.
Request reason: "I would argue that as you cannot prove that it was me, I claim my right to habeas corpus in that I have been blocked with no real reasoning aside from a possibility that I may or may not be Maxmousemm13. Sorry for the technically incorrect second unblock request, but I claim my right to it under Wikipedia:Ignore_all_rules, as I feel that Wikipedia would be better without pointless blocks. Furthermore, this block is preventing me from improving Wikipedia."
Decline reason: "You were not blocked directly. It was an autoblock that AuburnPilot already declined to lift. WODUP 05:09, 9 September 2007 (UTC)"
Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.
Please see also User:Scotmany12. This guy seems to be creating users simply to contest the autoblock (which is quite suspicious). ugen64 05:10, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- I have no clue who that is. I was blocked on a suspicion that you have been unable to prove. I don't really think that's int he spirit of the "free use" aspect of Wikipedia. JDodge 05:17, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
